1st craic at After Effects

This is my first time at using the program After Effects. It took me over 4 hours to get two objects to bounce together! Although it took a ridiculous amount of time, I'm not that bitter, as it allowed me to learn various aspects of the program over and over and over again, through trial and error, which in turn has helped it to sink in. Hopefully this won't happen everytime I use it though, or they'll be one less computer in the studio.

I tried to apply principles that I've learnt so far in animation. It was actually alot harder to manipulate than it would have been if it were hand drawn. I struggled with the timing, anticipation and squash & stretch. Something that I'm going to geek up on next AE lesson as my simple "click and hope it does what I want it too", didn't always work.
