We began our sequence with a lucky break. Kirk and Lee found an amazing location for our set in the form of an abandoned warehouse. It was whilst exploring the area that the idea for our sequence formed.
THE IDEA...
...is to recreate a scientist/inventor’s work space within the warehouse, giving us the perfect vintage atmosphere we’re after. The camera is going to slowly move through sections of the room; where various images/ experiments/ inventions are to come to life on strategically placed green screen. Each screen represents a different story and gives insight into the series.
We are working collaboratively on all aspects of the animation from pre to post; in order to keep the design consistant throughout.
